My first impression upon entering this house was the light, what a pleasure to feel the sun directly in winter, the second impression is the spaciousness of all its rooms, it has four bedrooms and three of them with large dressing rooms, great to have everything in sight and tidy, and my third impression is the decoration, completely current but without being extravagant, soft and harmonious tones, not to mention the advantages of having two complete exterior bathrooms and another two interior bathrooms, very suitable when you have family or when you receive friends with which you can enjoy beautiful evenings on its large terrace that is accessed from the living room or from one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is modern in design with a classic line that is very much in keeping with the house, with an office area and a laundry room. You won't have a parking problem because it has three spaces where four cars can fit on the same property, and two storage rooms. Beautiful urbanization with extensive vegetation, swimming pool for adults and children, bathrooms, and a large gazebo. The beach is about six hundred meters away, a very comfortable walk because the Playamar area is completely flat. If you want to go to the center of Malaga or go to Benalmádena or Fuengirola, the commuter station is about 300 meters from the house.
